Billy Blanks' Ultimate Tae Bo |
    WOW! |
| I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser (I workout 7 days a week for at least an hour) and I have to say that this video put me to shame the first time I did it! This is one of the most effective video's I have, it makes my other video's look like nothing! I would recommend this video to anyone looking to get in serious shape without having to leave their house...A++ exercise video!! - posted by PJ on 10/17/2008 |

    GOOD LONG WORKOUT |
| I thought this was a great workout. Very easy to follow. Only cons: music was dull. Sometimes marching in place did not keep my heart rate up. But I did jacks/running in place, etc. To keep it going. But nice long workout and enjoyed it. - posted by BETH on 9/28/2008 |

    I notice a change in 24 hours |
| I love this DVD. I have built up endurance to do the entire DVD. This DVD is really a challenge. I notice a change in my abs and lower body within a day or two. I carry most of my weight in my in lower body. Once I do this DVD everyone tells me I look good. I feel great and I am proud of myself. Taebo has really changed me mentally and physically. I enjoy the sweat and I notice a glow about myself. If I have a cheat day and notice weight gain in my tummy this is the one to help me get back down in my stomache and lower body. I am amazed to see results in a day or two. - posted by Niche on 9/9/2008 |

    Much better! |
| This is so much better than the Celebrity Sculpt Taebo, what a relief! The flow of moves is a huge improvement; steady start, then fast speed, but still feels you can do the form properly and not dangerously injure yourself as in the other video. Cueing is better and more consistent. Is fun, and with 90 min. certainly gives you something to work up to if not ready to do the full 90 min. at first. No idea if Shellie is early pregnant or not in this, but either way, she's definitely not "hobbling around." However, her frequent "Yes Sir!" and "Ahsa!" gets very annoying; especially in a lengthy video. But still less often than in Celebrity Sculpt!! - posted by Diana on 8/14/2008 |

    Effective! |
| I hadn't done Tae Bo or strong exercise in years when I bought this. I often only do 30-45 minutes of the workout and by doing just this small portion everyday I have already lost 10 lbs in a matter of a few weeks. I felt like I was going to die the first few times I did this workout, but now it's becoming a breeze- yet still VERY effective. Some of the music is confusing and the volume is off a little bit at times, but it's pretty minor and all that matters is that the workout is still very challenging and effective. Despite any small problems, the workout might have, you can't argue with the results! - posted by Returning Exerciser on 8/7/2008 |

This is my cup of tea! |
| I have a few requirements for 5 star reviews: 1. The DVD must be well cued with decent music 2. I must stay in my Fat-Burning Heart rate zone for at least 40 minuntes, 3. The instructor must be fun, and 4. I like DVD's that allow for modifications for bouncy moves (or one that will minimize bouncing..38 D) This DVD is perfect in all of the above aspects. It's fun, long enough for a good workout and includes moves that will tone and keep your heartrate up! I use this DVD often because it works. - posted by Trish on 6/26/2008 |

    Classic Tae-Bo |
| This is the classic Tae-Bo that I've been waiting for. No nonsense, intense movies but very challenging. The 90 minutes really flew by and halfway through they take a bit of a "dance break". If you are into simple and effective but fun moves, this is it. This is the best Tae Bo yet. - posted by Lisa on 6/11/2008 |

    Awesome! |
| Great routine! 90 minutes of pure Taebo energy. What makes this workout advanced, besides the length, is that there is very little downtime between moves. You go from one combo right to the next without stopping. As on previous workouts, Billy will have you do several sets of an exercise. The first 2 or 3 sets are slower "practice" sets, and then you speed it up. Throughout, Bill offers excellent form tips and suggestions. If you really follow what he says, you'll feel the exercises twice as much in your muscles. My one criticism is that there is no stretching at the end, just some tai chi-type movements to bring the heart rate down. BTW, if Shelley is pregnant it is barely noticeable and by no means is she "hobbling around." - posted by Martha on 4/28/2008 |

    I really love it!!! |
| This DVD I really enjoy doing! It's fun, I sweat and I feel really energized when I'm done. I actually do this with my 18 year old son and he loves it too. Billy has the the reps not 100 percent accurate but a whole lot better than his other videos. I've done the full 58 min. and started 10 min. into the next segment, I hope to be able to complete the full 90 min. in a couple of weeks. I really recommend this DVD... - posted by Lillie on 3/31/2008 |

    Disappointment |
| Bought this video for a new Tae Bo challenge, but was disappointed. "Intensity" comes from double time music that is hard to keep up with and makes some of the moves dangerous to perform due to the speed. The "energy" of some participants is overboard and annoying, as is the constant yelling and "Yes, sir!" responses throughout the video. Only plus is that he has a few new moves and some additions to old classics, which mixes things up. Not one of Billy's best. - posted by empabel on 3/29/2008 |
