Bosu Cardio Fusion with Rob Glick |
    Fun & Challenging! |
| I am an advanced exerciser but brand new to the BOSU. I like Jari Love, Michelle Dozois and Kelly Coffey-Meyer workouts the best. This work out was a lot harder than I imagined. It was non-stop action from the beginning. It's fun and the time just flies by. Rob cues well and seems to have a warm, friendly personality. His back-up exercisers are pleasant and fun to watch. Chalene Johnson is one of his back-up exercisers. My heart rate was up and I was sweating a lot during the entire work out. I know I burned a lot of calories because the effort to stay on the BOSU is a workout in and of itself! I highly recommend this dvd with no reservation!!. - posted by Melinda on 8/9/2008 |

Awesome aerobic with less time! |
| I am an advance fitness chic who is no longer struggling with weight lost or get fit stuff. I am into toning and building muscle. My husband gave me BOSU ball for x mas. I thought it wont do anything for me bouncing around like that. LOL, But then I saw aerobic bosu at collage video. i gave it a try - no hope at all . I tried it and I WAS AMAZED.I usually do my cardio in the morning with 30-45 mnts treadmills/bike. Weight at night. I tried this video..Im not kidding, the first 15 minutes I felt like I was done with 40 mnts treadmil!!!! I was sweating like crazy, my heart rate jumps high faster than running. That is AMAZING. The choreography is quite complex tho. But it is also chalanging. even if you failed to follow it 100 you still get sweaty and breathless. So ladies... if you are looking for big sweat in shortest time, TRUST ME. This is it! - posted by Zara on 1/11/2008 |

Takes some time to get used to, but great! |
| I love this workout, but it took me a while to get to this point. The first few times I did it, I fell off the darn bosu so many times! I spent more time trying to stay upright than actually doing aerobics (I should note that I'm a terrible klutz, which is part of the reason I got a bosu in the first place, since they're supposed to improve balance and coordination). This is a great workout, though, that really gets my heartrate up and is a lot of fun. Don't give up if you hate it at first! Also, in contrast with what other reviewers have noticed, I prefer wearing my lower cut running shoes for this workout, as opposed to the crosstrainers that I wear for other aerobics tapes. I found that the side support in my crosstrainers sort of hurt and actually tripped me up - my ankles needed some room to move around! - posted by Marie on 5/15/2007 |

| Wow |
| This is a great workout. It's challenging and a little scarey at first. You have to build up your confidance and then just go for it. If you hesitate you stumble. Also, you need sneakers with side support. I have done the workout three times now and I'm getting good at it now. I really love it and wish there were more. Sure hope there will be more Bosu videos to come. - posted by Peggy on 1/12/2007 |

| Something a little different |
| This is a great workout. I have done the warmup and first two sections twice. I haven't had time to do the third section and frankly I am a bit afraid of the "dance" aspect since I prefer more athletic workouts and have two left feet. Rob's cueing is good, it gets your heart rate up and is harder on the muscles than your typical step workout. - posted by Leslie on 12/20/2006 |

| This Bosu Workout Rocks!!!! |
| I have done this workout twice now, and am new to the bosu. I am at a strong intermediate fitness level. Well I just can't get enough of this workout - it is the best - challenging, fun, not boring, I love the way my balance, strength, agility and cardio is challenged in this workout. It is the best and I can't wait for more Bosu workouts from Rob Glick!!! (He's easy on the eyes, too!!!) - posted by Sandra on 11/13/2006 |

| Gets your heart rate up |
| This is a fun workout. And it does get your heart rate going! The movemements in the last segment is a little more complex than I can handle, but I am still working at it. The workout does require alot of room because they move all around the bosu. - posted by Lon on 2/26/2005 |

| Fun! |
| I just got my bosu and this was the first video I tried. I thought it was a lot of fun and the time just flew by. I'm a big fan of stepping and this video has a lot of stepping moves. - posted by Tammy on 7/24/2003 |

| Love this workout! |
| I am a total klutz- so I was a little afraid of hurting myself falling off the Bosu- but this workout is simple and FUN!!!! I did step off a few times, but felt in control and my heart rate was higher than any other cardio tapes I've done. I love how the bosu absorbs the impact- my knees were very happy. Rob is a great instructor, and I got a very intense and fun workout! Can't wait to do it again! - posted by JoanMarie on 6/25/2003 |
