Ab-specific yoga moves taught in a totally non-mystical, non-intimidating style. It’s designed to reshape your mid-section while teaching you classic yoga postures (e.g. downward dog, cobra, warrior). You get three segments. The first targets just the front of your belly (the rectus abdominus or “six pack”). The second sequence adds movements that also engage your obliques (“love handles”). The third series incorporates fast-moving, Pilates-style exercises that work your entire core. Each routine is demonstrated at three levels, so it’s easy to find the best level for you (e.g. with a chair, with a strap or with no props at all). DVD has 16 minutes of bonus programs: standing yoga, breathing and meditation. Yoga strap is optional. ©2007. DVD has:

Prevention: Better Belly Yoga |
    My belly looks fab! |

    Bad background for Yoga! |
| I own almost all Prevention Fitness System. I always love them because of energic moves and segments. Finally, a Yoga one came out! I tried it twice. The instructor talked too much at the beginning of each segment. I have to wait to start. The moves are pretty good. But, the worst of all is same boring background, big white stripes with one lilac stripe. That is typical background Prevention is using. I don't mind doing cardio with it because of speedy moves. But, not with yoga because it requires time to focus on stretch, moving to different position slowly. My eyes tend to focus on something and then on instructor. I rather something lively like nature or something new, not that boxed background. It is hard to find right yoga dvd between Gaiam dvd(perfect background but sometimes too lengthy workout) and Prevention dvd(short and fun but boring background). I keep on searching for perfect ones. A new Denise Austin's Yoga Burn dvd is on way to our home. I'll see if it is great. - posted by Robin on 12/19/2007 |

    A Good Yoga Workout |
| I am a certified Yoga instructor, and found this still fun and challenging. I have to say I thought I would be sore the next day, because it does have some really good stretching going on, but I wasn't. It is definitely one to just do occasionally when you don't feel motivated to have a hard workout. - posted by Lori on 12/13/2007 |

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS VIDEO |
| At first I wasn't to sure about this video but when I tried it a second time I really liked it. It's like any video you have to do it a few times to get the hang of it. This dvd has a lot to offer 3, 10 minute sessions then there are extra features with a bonus session and meditation. There is also modification to the poses which i like because I'm plus size. - posted by MARY on 10/14/2007 |

    I liked it |
| I really liked this workout. I feel really good doing it, its the good kind of yoga where you feel nice and stretched after completing. It really does stretch out your belly. I still think you need to do more traditional ab workouts to get your belly in shape. The instructor I thought was also very good. You could follow along easily doing the moves where you are not looking at the tv. This is a good Sunday relaxing video. - posted by Leanne on 10/11/2007 |

    I LIKED WHAT I SAW.... |
| To begin with I am 70 Yrs. young and don't really want a fast paced workout.. I actually do some of the things shown.. It would be something I would buy.. I do better with structure but don't want to go to a health club anymore.. - posted by Judy on 10/6/2007 |

    DID NOT LIKE! |
| this video was awful! the instructor seems nervous throughout the entire video. she does not give good cues and the whole process is very choppy. if you are new to yoga like myself and want to try another video-check out the firms power yoga. it is awesome and it really gives you a good stretching workout! - posted by BETSY on 10/1/2007 |
