Say Goodbye To Back Pain |
    it works |
| If you follow this throughout the entire 6 wk program your back pain will be gone. It's almost excrutiatingly slow but that it part of the process. - posted by CoCo on 9/21/2008 |

This Video Changed My Life |
| My wife gave me this video 14 years ago, after I had suffered from back spasms for 25 years. I sometimes had to stay in bed for days at a time. After a few weeks of doing the exercises in this video my back problems ended. At age 60, I'm still running, lifting heavy weights, and doing water aerobics. I can't recommend this video highly enough. - posted by John on 9/7/2007 |

    This Works |
| This program works. I have lower back muscle weakness from old injuries and when my back acts up, I start the series. It heals me every time. The key is to do exactly what they say. No more, no less. - posted by Phil LeBlanc on 5/1/2007 |

| I can't sleep without it |
| I've been using this program since 1985. I've long since given it away to someone else who has had great results. I know the thing by heart so now use it with my favorite CD. I was diagnosed in 1985 as needing surgery. But with this program and chiropractic, my back is almost perfect. No more sciatica and seldom ever a muscle spasm. A couple of weeks ago I had a bad bike collision and fell really hard on my left hip. I could barely walk. Saw the chiropractor and could still barely walk. Came home and did the program, got up and walked just fine. It's been two weeks and haven't had to go back to the chiropractor. If I stay up late and think I don't have time for the thirty minutes it takes, guess what. I lay there awake for 2 hours. When I do the exercises, I sleep like a baby. I feel like I have had a combination of a chiropractic adjustment and a massage when I'm done. - posted by Linda Yazell on 10/27/2006 |

| Say Goodbye to Back Pain produces results! |
| I have used this - as needed... for over 15 years...did for a full year when I first had back trouble. Slow paced, but it works. Just finished 8 weeks...2 weeks each of the first two sessions, then two weeks of the last. Now do once or twice a week. - posted by Marion on 1/17/2003 |

| A long term fix - it works, but it's not for the "go for the burn" crowd |
| I was experiencing incapacitating back pain from sitting long hours in insane positions at the computer (something I'm doing right now.) My sacrum was constantly aching, my sciatic nerve was a wake-up call ever night to the point where I was sleeping packed in ice. I went through all the medical tests and was informed that I was just about perfect from a structural point of view.I started to use the "Say Goodbye to Back Pain" tape about two years ago. The tape begins with an evaluation section and then proceeds through three different exercise programs, each building on the other, each a bit longer in time of execution. This is a very slow moving process and the exercises should be done at the rate the tape demonstrates; not any faster. It took me almost two months before I could get past section number one (that's supposed to take a couple of weeks or less). Within six months I could do the last of the exercises (the session takes about 30 minutes) on a daily basis.... and even with my daily exposure to crippling postures I don't experience back pain. I have tremendous range of movement on my stride and my stretch. I started out being able to touch my knees ---- now I can touch my wrists to the floor with my legs straight. This is not a fast fix and there's nothing competitive or painful about it. People either like that quality or they hate it. You don't feel exhausted at the end, you feel relaxed. This does not provide aerobic exercise, as almost all the stretches are done lying down or sitting....BUT if you stick with it... it truly works. I have given this tape to people in their 70's and 80's who use it religiously. An excellent investment for the individual who is patient and doesn't live by "no pain, no gain". - posted by Tina on 6/28/2002 |

| Great Place to Begin |
| I received this video as a gift, after months of serious back pain. I had given up almost all exercise until I began this program. Did I really say "goodbye to back pain"? Not really. But it helped me to change my view of exercise - to stretching and floor exercising. It was very beneficial and now I feel ready for another challenge. Thanks. - posted by Denise on 9/1/2001 |
