Shape Cardio Two - Pure Rock

Keeps me moving
I loaded this onto my MP3 player and have found it is great for motivating me on my walks. The pace is fast --- over 4.3mph for me, but interspersed with my other music it gives me a great interval workout. They aren't original artists, but I personally would rather have the right pace and a slightly different singer. - posted by Janine on 7/8/2008
Robot Walk
The quality of the music on this audio is low. It sounds tinny and cheaply made. The singing is bad enough that you start counting the minutes to when it's over, and then another bad song comes along. Couldn't wait for it to be over. The rhythmn and sound never varies, so it makes you feel like a robot listening to robot music. - posted by Stacey on 6/21/2008
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
