Great Pace Setter
I'm an intermediate walker and this sets a nice brisk pace. I also enjoyed the tunes. - posted by Tracy on 10/21/2008
Loved it!
As an intermediate walker, I loved the pace and the continuous motivation of the music to keep going... - posted by Jen on 7/28/2008
Shape walk three
This walking cd is a perfect pace for the intermediate walker. I started out really enjoying it until I listened to some of the lyrics! It's really offensive to me as a christian to listen to this....alot of it is sexual in content. I'm sending it back. SHAPE you need to clean up the songs! - posted by Joanne on 6/26/2008
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
