Time graph for Stress Free Exercise for Arthritis
Created in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation, its divided into separate segments. Stretch/toning, aerobics or relaxation, you’ll choose the workout length, body areas and exercise options that fit your situation (you’ll also choose the intensity — most routines are shown at three workout levels). Except for one 5-minute segment, all the exercises can be done seated. A very careful, caring instructor. Makes a great gift. ©1996. DVD has: Chapter menus.

I found this video very good for me. I suffered a muscle injury which is requiring a long rehab. The video has a short aerobic segment that I can master right now besides easy stretching and toning. Please get more like this. - posted by Lucia on 5/18/2002
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
